There are three IMIS Global levels of support
Operational support to system operators. Addresses the functionality of the various systems and subsystems from an operator’s and administrator’s perspective.
Configuration support for administrators. Addresses system configuration including base stations, AtoN and AIS receivers. This does not include AIS slot map investigations and planning.
Software bugs and Hosted hardware and
system software and integration issues. These items are addressed directly by IMIS experts.
Level 1 and Level 2 support are usually performed by customers following system training. Refresher training is available as and when required.
